MORAL OF THE MOVIE
Whatever the circumstances, you can always learn something from them and apply those lessons later on in your life.
WHO I THINK WOULD MOST ENJOY THIS MOVIE
People looking for a captivating drama that will probably show you circumstances different from your own but a very relatable way to look at life’s experiences.
ADDITIONAL NOTES/COMMENTARY
This movie isn’t necessarily my favorite movie of all time, but it definitely has had the most impact on my life. After watching it, I had a change in the way I approached life and how I thought about my experiences. Whether they were good or bad experiences, I always tried to learn from them and use those lessons later on. This film takes a very literal and hyperbolic approach to that philosophy that makes it clear: you can always learn from EVERY experience, no matter the circumstances. This is a great movie to start this blog because it’s all about learning from experiences as I learn from movies. Hopefully, this movie resonates with you as it did with me and gives you a taste of what this blog will be about as I review more movies. ... Ps. This is the first ever review that I publish on a public forum, so thank you for reading and expect more to come!
